I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password, then confirm it’s you with Face ID or your iPhone passcode (or with your Apple account, if one is linked). Then set a new password — your to-dos and entries stay as they are.
Can I sign in with Apple and with a password?
Yes. One account can have both. Add your Apple account or set a password in Settings › Profile › Account.
I’m getting a new iPhone. How do I move my data?
Foldie keeps everything on your phone. Restoring the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup brings it along. You can also export backup files in Settings (to-dos and money separately) and open them on the new phone with Settings › About › Restore from Backup.
My reminders don’t ring.
Check that notifications are allowed for Foldie in iPhone Settings › Notifications. Also make sure Focus or silent mode isn’t holding them back. Open Foldie once in a while — it tops up far-off reminders each time it opens.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Settings › Foldie Pro and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from the same page.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings › Profile › Delete Account removes the account and everything Foldie keeps on this iPhone. Purchases stay with your Apple Account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
忘记密码怎么办？
在登录页点「忘记密码」，用 Face ID 或手机锁屏密码确认是你（绑了 Apple 账户的，也可以用 Apple 验证），然后设一个新密码。你的待办和流水都不会动。
能同时用 Apple 和密码登录吗？
可以，一个账号可以两种都有。在「设置 › 个人中心 › 账号」里绑定 Apple 账户，或者设置密码。
换新手机了，数据怎么带过去？
兜兜的数据都在手机里。新手机用 iCloud 或电脑备份恢复，兜兜的数据会一起过去。也可以在「设置 › 待办 / 流水」里分别导出备份文件，到新手机上用「设置 › 关于 › 从备份恢复」打开。
提醒不响？
先看手机「设置 › 通知 › 兜兜」是否允许通知，再看看专注模式或静音有没有挡住。时间很远的提醒，兜兜会在你每次打开 App 时自动补上，所以隔段时间打开一下就好。
换了手机，Pro 会员怎么恢复？
打开「设置 › 兜兜 Pro」，点「恢复购买」，用当初购买时的 Apple 账户登录即可。订阅的管理和取消也在这个页面。
怎么注销账号、删除数据？
「设置 › 个人中心 › 注销账号」会删除这台手机上的账号和兜兜保存的全部内容。已经买的 Pro 跟着 Apple 账户走，不会被删。详情见隐私政策。
